In my pattern making class we've been learning about gathers and pleating and even though its a beautiful effect it takes alot of time and effort and steps to make the pattern ( one of the many foundations for starting a garment) for this type of garment style.

Ok everyone knows that fashion week is apoun us and usually I don't like to look at collection while the week goes on (I don't know why I don't) I always wait to review collections on my blog when their not as circulated on other blogs. But as for this season showing Marc Jacobs Fall 2010 on ShowStudio.com gave people around the world through the net a live view of his show from start to finish so I caught the show and fell inlove! first thing that came to mind was Modern grandma disco Annie Hall I really loved it. I've been really into.... (oops read the next post!)



This on my mind was very visual...Things that I've been obsessing over for a couple of months! (like Spring 2010 Miu Miu, and those Brown YSL Heels!) I'm inlove

About the now internationally blog worthy Alexander Mcqueen Spring 2010 collection! If you were into art, fashion, photography, film, graphic design there was a reason for you to love this collection. It was more than beautiful it was outstanding it opened up my eyes that anything is possible even through a recession there was no limit. The beautiful graphic prints that reminded me of exoskeletons, insects, and wood. But what really caught my eye as well as everyone elses were those amazing shoes! do I even have to post the ones I truly loved? Because I loved-every-single-pair! Alexander Mcqueen is truly a genius and this collection has opened up my eyes and inspired me to keep following my dreams thank you! This what Fashion Designing should be about
