Thoughts:
I'm so ready for the new year to begin...I promised myself to never make a new years resolution ever again because I never keep them...but by me even saying that...doesn't that make that a resolution?? hmm...anyways I'm ready to start my new blog ready or not its going to be thrown together I'm semi ready...I'm tired of telling myself that I have to be physically fit to put myself out there onto my blog when so many other bloggers don't care about their appearance (size wise) and the still look amazing!! (ex: fashion haley and Gabby from YFF) all I need to do now is get a camera....

I don't even know if people still look at/ read this blog anymore? you guys are probably tired of my shit anyways! ha! its fine I'm tired of it too! But its time to crank out all of these amazing ideas I have in my head and that I want to share with the world!
I'm looking forward to starting the new blog mid January or mid February...I'm not sure! But I will let you guys know through here when I do start! :)

You guys know every once and a while I get the feeling that my blog is no good and I start to judge myself and my blog as a whole. But lately I've been seeing so many great blogs and cant help to be a little bit envious It seems like every other day I keep finding myself hating my blog even more and more. I keep seeing all of these great ones...I want mines to die lol. But I know you guys like the blog so I try to keep it up until I start my other one it just seems like its getting harder because I'm caring less and less and that's not good because I really appreciate and care about my readers that actually take time out to read my blog and comment on the posts that I write...that's the only thing that's really keeping me going

I've been a fan of Zana Baynes' blog Garbage Dress for a little of a year now and I must admit it is one of my daily reads! Do I really have to explain why I love her? Recently she has been experimenting with a lot of leather lately and these are some of the many pieces shes come up with not to mention her famous wing shoulder harnesses which are seen everywhere no a days! In fashion magazines and also on an famous R&B artist! (Monica for her 'Everything To Me' music video)

What I'm really trying to get at is that her work is really inspiring it seems like every other day shes creating something new and Its really motivational & inspiring to me! It makes to me want to design more and to push out more creative and innovative ideas and actually bring them to life rather than it just being a 'dream' or just an 'idea' check out Zanas' blog Garbage Dress and also buy some of her stuff from her store here

Fashion and style wise I've been really into this mix matched styling different patterns more vintage dressing. I've definatly been taking inspiration from Tavi from Style Rookie I think shes the foundation of my new profound love for her type of styling as well as Susie Lau from Style Bubble! I'm trying to break out of this clean cut graphic type clothing and open my mind up to different things! :)

ITS FASHION WEEK AND IM INSPIRED WEEK

I know fashion week has approached and I haven't even seen any collections yet and ever since wednesday I'm inspired and influenced by so many elements that I have come across in the last couple of days its insane some of which that I have posted on here and some of which I still have stored away in my moleskine notebook or on sticky notes for later to actually translate into a design sketch. It feels like since it almost the end of the quarter (at school) of me finishing my sheath dress It seams like less and less time for me to do anything else so I'm really behind of whats going on in the fashion world. But in the words of Ashley Olsen "Thank god for style.com" I'm pretty sure didn't say thank god but she was really relieved that style has all the collections on it. So yes! this week was pretty awesome :)
