I haven't created an on my mind in quite sometime (sorry you guys) I've been keeping my inspiration held hostage in my moleskine notebooks! hahaha but anyways I'll get to the things that have been inspiring me lately then I'll talk about what's been going on with me personally after the jump

I just bought this magazine today like i've said before in some of my previous posts that I haven't really been buying magazines lately but I had to make an exception! Not only was it the 'New York' issue but it had Lady Gaga and Marc Jacobs on the front as well! I skimmed through it earlier today and was just so inspired so greatful that I'm truly in love with something that I'm passionate about. I can finally say that now this is what I want to do in life! This issue is just that good! One of the most important places in fashion New York...there's no other place I'd want to be...I also bought Elle & Us Weekly with Kelly Osbourne on the front (Us is not really a fashion magazine but I love Kelly Osbourne I just had to)

PINK FLAMINGOS

Ok when I first seen Pink Flamingos on Netflix I assumed that it would be a great movie since Divine famous superstar from the 70s would be in it... and it sort of is a good... and definitely disgusting film directed by John Waters its what I expected! I don't think you can really enjoy this movie if your judgmental, your not familiar with seeing penises or bodily parts, or any sort of porn this isn't the film for you. But It is on the other hand a masterpiece you can definitley tell it has that 70's vibe with its poor acting skills and low budget filming but thats what made it great to me! It graininess of the film and poor directing and shooting. To like it you have to be out of your mind on some type of drugs to see this movie or atleast to enjoy it... when I first watched it all the way through I had to cover my mouth on some parts because it wasn't what I expected at all I have to say to people who want to know about this film (because their isnt an actual trailer of it) is to simply watch it for yourself because this isnt a family type movie AT ALL so if you do go and watch it just to be open to new things! It really is a great film from an art perspective.

P.S I dedicated and took screen captures of the film for Rob at Maiden China Bu I don't know but weirdly enough it reminded me of him? or atleast thought he would like it!

A CLOCKWORK ORANGE (FILM)

I've always wanted to watch this movie but I never got the chance to ever see it. A Clockwork Orange if you haven't seen it in my opinion can be summed up as a revenge, karma filled, insanity, torture, and reverse psychological masterpiece all wrapped up into a 136 minute film. Its my kind of film and also a really is a good film! Alot of inspiration and hidden meanings to it. Whenever I watch old films I always pay very close attention to details I love when writers & directors have an artisic way on portraying a subject rather than making things so literal all the time

P.S Wasn't Malcolm McDowell cute in his day! (you guys should know my thing about bad guys in films by now!) #turnon

Ok so I checked out some new library books from my school that I cant wait to scan and show you guys

Beautiful Losers is basically a street art book that I've come to love after flipping through a couple of pages. So if your really into street art from the 90's and early 2000's this is a great book! I'll scan a couple of pictures either tonight or tomorrow (most likely tonight)

Cult Rock Posters are you serious? If you read this blog often theres 3 major genres of music that I love to death with a passion and thats Rock (Classic, Glam), 80's New Wave & Punk! and if you can see the lettering on that book that I'm holding up...what does it say? GLAM, PUNK AND NEW WAVE!? When I seen this I was like oh yes have to check this out for sure! (sorry I'm a really visual person and I love books!) and plus guess whos on the back of the book

The genius himself DAVID BOWIE! There are some amazing photos in here also which I will be scanning! Let me know if you guys want to see pictures from inside these books because I don't to post them if no one's really interested...lol pfftt I'll post them anyways! I don't care lol

Unseen Warhol As anyone whose anyone if you know me I live through Andy Warhol this is the man who inspires me everyday and keeps me reaching for my dreams. This book is incredible...Theres alot of photos that I haven't seen or I don't think is on the internet either (not that I have seen atleast) So I will definitely be scanning those also

The TV show (not the movie) of The Land Of The Lost 1974, 1976 and the 1991 series I love all of it the gritty film of the very poor graphics and technology I LOVE! Although I love advanced technology now its just something about it all is very intriguing.
