I used to have a favorite fashion go-to model (Daul Kim) but since she has passed I had to find a new model to fall inlove with and that is Lara Stone! I think she is so versatile and such a chameleon that it's just so easy to fall in-love with her look! so you'll be seeing alot of her on here from now on...well atlest for a while!

I love Crystal Renn in these photographs! Although one of these photos is questionable (yeah... the one where shes posing weird... and not the "fashionable weird")

But anyways I finally got a weekend off!! And I'm so excited I've never had a weekend off since I first started my new job! So Friday night when I got off I just ended up renting some movies I never not around to seeing while they were in theatres like Scott Pilgrim vs The World, Get Him To The Greek, Going The Distance, Inception, and Eat Pray Love. Today my friend and I visited the garment district because I'm taking out the time to make an NYE (New Years Eve) outfit!... nothing too extravagant but its my style very simple I'll most likely post pictures on here soon! (Its a sheer black shirt and a bandage skirt!) lol

Also a side note I just love my friends because sometimes I get so caught up in being alone and trying to stay to myself that I forget the feeling of having a great friend and I'm so happy that I do have at least a couple I just feel so grateful for them

Its been a year marking today since (my favorite fashion model) Daul Kim committed suicide... if I would've became a famous designer I would've used her as my muse...

OK...I'm completely sort of grossed out by this only because personally I cant stand the sight of raw meat and blood...it just freaks me out. But on the other hand I love it I understand the concept and direction this editorial was going in but the execution was horrible...
CONS:
The direction of this editorial...
I'm upset they put her in bulky knit sweaters
I'm worried about her putting raw meat in her mouth (I'm sorry I'm a health freak)

PROS:

So much inspiration in black in white...It seems like alot of my inspiration has been in black & white lately not posted on here but in my mind and thought process in my moleskine notebook/sketchbook...I've been in a very Alfred Hitchcock vibe or as I would say 'Hitchcockyen vibe' lol but I've been deeply inspired by these color blind/ dark elements for the last 2 weeks... maybe because I sort of feel I am in a dark state of mind and thats where I draw alot of my inspiration from in the first place.

I cant believe I almost forgot about posting this collection! I guess I forget all about New York fashion week and just focus of London, Milan & Paris. For the last two seasons both Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez have really the embraced 'modern girl' Spring and now Fall I see so much energy in their prints and fabric choices that put into their collections and the shoes are none the less are remarkable!

I've been seeing this face everywhere and I wondered who is this girl?! I have to know so I found out who she was (and I might be late) but I am inlove with Jamie Bochert! her face alone is so unique. Jamie has a very 80's face and I love everything about her look (did I say love enough times?)
