to me what a fashion icon takes is Fearlessness, Diversity, and consistency I think without those an icon isnt an icon

FEARLESSNESS/DIVERSITY/CONSISTENCY
Ive been thinking about this all day and decided to take it to the tweets I asked a question earlier saying "Does anyone know of any black female fashion icons that are still relevant today?" and Honestly I couldnt think of ANY and thats sad except for Grace Jones
But who else? I mean like an African American woman thats really made fashion statements through out history. I see alot of up and coming ones such as Rihanna. But thats all styling. I'm trying to think of some one to where its just TALENT and STYLE.

I was watching one of michael jacksons videos when he was in egypt?..Iman (david bowies wife) was in it. I think shes pretty wicked looking!
Kimora and Tyra has contributed alot to the fashion world. And They both are still consistant in our world today. And I like the way both of them handle business.
