So the song by Katy Perry 'Firework' is my inspiration song and also one of my favorite songs off of the album and even though alot of people can interpret the song the way that they want to and maybe even Katy has a differnt meaning to the song but the way I interpret it is...that to me its about a girl (or anyone) who feels like they're not good enough but when really they're really special and unique. So I play this song all the time as a reminder to keep my head up and remember that I'm a firework! (ughh that last sentence was so cheesy)
I love Katy Perry so much words can not explain how much I do I've been a fan of hers from early 2007 when myspace first released her song/video 'You're so gay' and I was so intrigued by her lyrics and couldn't fathom that this was even coming out of a girl this pretty! It made me fall in love with her but that's not really what I wanted to talk about...Katy's new album Teenage Dream will be released August 24th and even though its been leaked over the Internet already I couldn't help myself and listen to the whole album from start to finish! and I absolutely love every song on the album and I'm very proud of Katy and her growth as an artist! So even though I couldn't bare to wait the next couple of days or so until it officially debuts I always have this promise that if I'm really a fan of someones work especially an artist and its something that I admire I will actually buy the album. So everyone please go and buy Teenage Dream when it hits the store!
