WINDOW SEAT

(video via china bu)
Erykah Badu...God! This woman is amazing!

My Synopsis on the video: The vibe that I got out of the whole video at least up until the last minute of the video is that it felt sort of like liberation, freeness, expressing yourself no matter how much people will question your actions or how they perceive their first perceptions of you as a human being without knowing the real you first. The last minute or so where she says

They play it safe are quick to assassinate what they do not understand they move in packs ingesting more and more fear with every act of hate on one another they feel most comfortable in groups less guilt to swallow they are us this is what we have become afraid to respect an individual a single person with in a circumstance can move one to change to love our self to evolve…

to me the over all video was about people who cant deal with the fact of change something different I think people get so close minded that they lose their morals in sort of a way. I also loved how she was inspired by Matt & Kims music video 'Lesson Learned' (if you've never heard of them you must look them up!) and also revolved on the idea of the asasination of JF Kennedy

Erykah Badu is one inspiring woman! Never did she once change herself to fit something that people wanted her to be, its just liberating to have women like this as a public figure in general and also in the music industry. Alot of people sleep on her but they better wake the hell up!!!!

p.s did you see her body! omg! I'm even jealous!
