Hey you guys I know its been a while since I actually talked on here! Alot has been going on in my life my constant pursuit of happiness, new goals being set, me trying to save up money and work hard at work...but sometimes It gets hard trying to stay positive and almost every other day I want to give up but then I remember what I love and I remember the woman I want to become and I cant stop! I won't give up there are too many great ideas in my head that I want to share with the world and constant little things in my everyday life that people remind me that I am something special. Lately I've just been ~~sketching~~ doodling, alot of writing and alot of blog and internet surfing! I've also been buying books! Maybe one day I'll take pictures and post some books that I've recently purchased!

Ok so I finally got to sit down and watch this movie How Do You Know earlier tonight and just automatically thinking to myself that "oh its going to be another one of those romantic comedy movies that end the same" but this film was different. The main characters of the film Reese Witherspoon, Owen Wilson and Paul Rudd their characters were so complex but through out the movie they were so predictable and awkward and I loved the fact that for the writers and directors for this film did something different instead of the predictable 'googly' eyed female role for this film and went in a different direction. Because in the film Reese plays a 31 year old softball player which I found unusual for this 'type' of film but by the end of it (you have to see the film because I'm not going to tell you the whole story!!! Its a must see though!) It really reminded me of the old classic films like It's a Wonderful Life with James Stewart and Donna Reed directed by Frank Capra
(if you've seen this movie you'll know what I mean the chemistry between Reese's and Paul Rudd's character)

and I think thats why this film warms my heart because it reminds me of this film I think this movie is going to be on my favorites.

Ok I can finally admit now that I kind of want an iPad!! When it first came out I was a little hesitant about what do I really need to be purchasing a tablet from apple that doesn't have a camera or as many features as my macbook has...but since the iPad 2 launched I am drooling over should I buy this! Since I am going back to school (college) this winter I think this would be brilliant for me to have instead of bringing my laptop (which is probably twice the weight of an iPad!) Plus when I was in school when the first one came out and this girl pulled it out of her bag to sketch on I was kind of jealous so now I'm ogling on the the Apple website every other day to see if I really want it or not (which I do! )

You know sometimes you never really notice how long you've had something until someone else points it out to me like for example a hairstyle that you never ever ever seem to change or foods you always eat or even having the same style since high-school well a few days ago my mom pointed out to me that I obviously need a new macbook....and when she notices things like that it means that its time to get a new one...I mean I bought my macbook February 2009 and its only March 2011 so thats not alot of years but I guess in 'Apple time' thats a century! (lol) So now I'm also looking for a new macbook I think this time I may look into getting a Macbook Pro being because I need alot more space on my computer but getting an iPad and new macbook is at the bottom of highly priced items to get

Hey guys I just wanted to update everyone on what was going on in my little world (not much but I do feel the need to talk about it!) I've been working non-stop and feeling fatigue more than ever latley...it could be the reason of me not exercising and not really eating healthy/at all :( But I'm trying to change that all now adays Ok back to what I really wanted to talk about my "to do list"

Any and every time I feel the need to 'cleanse' my life or change things around I always rearrange my room/throw out or give away alot of my stuff like just recently I mentioned that I had chuck taylors (shoes) that I wanted to give away so tonight I gave some away to my co-worker I mean he didn't take all of them but he took 4 out of 13 pairs that I had! So I actually feel great and next I'm going to work on my magazine collection (and if you know me I have a million magazines just sitting in my room) I'll be stripping down and ripping out my favorite pages from all the mags from 2006-2009 like Elle, Elle UK, Vogue, etc the 8"x11" magazines...because I just don't have the heart to rip apart my V magazine, Interview or any other bigger magazines so I'll just use a straight edge cut them out nice and neatly and place them in page protectors and save them for future inspiration references (sounds OCD and tedious but thats what I want to do!) So I'm pretty excited about that! Omg...wait does it sound like I'm a old lady but instead of collecting stamps or cat sweaters I'm collecting/saving magazine pictures?...please I hope it doesnt sound like that! hahahahaha but anways besides my other goals thats really on my to do list!

As for life plans I've did another 360.... instead of moving to New York in the next year I'm going back to college (for fashion design) out here in Texas but I have a few requirements before I go back to college and get into this thing again because when I was studying in college I wasn't really serious about it and I wasn't happy so now I know the things that I need before I actually start that up again...I need to have my personal life right...(if that makes any sense?). Its probably the best thing I've decided on doing in a long time....it feels 'safe'...not that taking risks shouldnt ever happen but I want to be smart and get my degree before I move out of state...

P.S. Remember when I made that post about me buying those AWESOMMEEEEEE A Wang shoes online?? well they came in! (see picture below) but I freaking couldnt get them on!!! They were my size but the way they were made it was difficult to put on! like they dont have a zipper so I guess my narrow foot couldnt get into them? but either way I was so pissed off that I had to return them that I accidently took it out on everyone :( I mean they're freaking ALEXANDER WANG SHOES!...ughh I don't even want to talk about it anymore...I'm buying a new pair to fill my void... (just kidding)

Over the course of me being sick and out of work for a week I watched a couple of movies and this is one of them that I did get around to watching...and let me tell you that I cried by the end of it was crazy because in some ways I'm just Catherine Keeners' character Kate (If you've seen it no I'm not exactly like that because hers was mostly guilt) but I feel like Karma is a true thing that if I do anything in life where I feel like I've done wrong that I have to make up for it...its just natural for me because I strongly believe in karma to the fullest.

If you know me I'm a late movie watcher I never really catch movies when they come out in theatre so when I added this movie called Chloe to my Netflix que I knew it was going to be a good one. I can say that I absolutely loved this movie! Not only was it good but the costume design, production design and even the directing of photography was pretty captivating to me, its so simple but theres alot of detail in this movie...very stylish and that's what I pay attention to when I'm watching alot of movies/films...not the dramatics but the smaller unnoticeable things. I think through out the whole movie the only two things I really kept in mind was how beautiful Julianne Moore is and her gorgeous red hair and how amazing Amanda Seyfried loose 1930s wavy hair is just old Hollywood glamorous her big round eyes it reminded me of Betty Davis in a way. Also is it weird that I love how they styled Julianne Moore in this film? I love this type of style very clean cut very middle aged typical house wife per say... with Seyfried not so much because I can tell they wanted to keep her very 'young' in the movie very 'innocent' but if you haven't seen the movie or ever heard of it check the trailer here or go rent/buy it! Trust me its a must see!

The Black Keys 'Attack & Release' album (Released 2008)
Right now I'm in the process of listening to all 3 albums (Attack & Release, Magic Potion & Brothers) from The Black Keys but I think this one is my favorite altough its from 2008 doesent mean that its not any good! If you like sort of raw blues-rock sound then you'll like this album

I think this album by Hole (Courtney Love in general) has had a big impact in my life When I first started getting into Hole early of last year this album had the biggest effect on my life. I love it so much I know every song by heart off of the album. If anyone asked me what my all time favorite song was I would say 'Doll Parts' then 'Miss World', then 'Softer,Softest,'

I don't know why I've been feeling this way lately like I have an alter ego I've been really inspired by alot music like Natalia Kill's music video for ''Mirrors', Rihannas song 'Skin'. I've been inspired by my life changes in my job and the people I've met over the last couple of months being my co-workers and the mental and physical growth I've overcome...I guess you can say I've become a little bit more 'Ballsy'.... hahaha meaning that I don't let people talk to me any sort of way and where I work you need to have a 'voice' because people will try to test you! (hahaha what am I?? a CIA agent? lol no I'm just a Barista at Starbucks and people sometimes get crazy/ignorant about their coffee).

Also last weekend I seen the movie Black Swan and was just amazed by the movie overall how far someone's mind can take them...its INSANE! Because things like that happen in real life...maybe a little less dramatic from the movie but it happens!

At the end of the day and the beginning of every morning I know in my heart that I'm finally transforming into the person that I want to become

I'm on the fence about Taylor Momsen... just because to me it looks like she tries to hard to be something that she's probably not and I might be wrong but thats just how I see it...I just wish she wouldn't raccoon her eye makeup all the time...its not flattering on her...

Thoughts:
I'm so ready for the new year to begin...I promised myself to never make a new years resolution ever again because I never keep them...but by me even saying that...doesn't that make that a resolution?? hmm...anyways I'm ready to start my new blog ready or not its going to be thrown together I'm semi ready...I'm tired of telling myself that I have to be physically fit to put myself out there onto my blog when so many other bloggers don't care about their appearance (size wise) and the still look amazing!! (ex: fashion haley and Gabby from YFF) all I need to do now is get a camera....

I don't even know if people still look at/ read this blog anymore? you guys are probably tired of my shit anyways! ha! its fine I'm tired of it too! But its time to crank out all of these amazing ideas I have in my head and that I want to share with the world!
I'm looking forward to starting the new blog mid January or mid February...I'm not sure! But I will let you guys know through here when I do start! :)

I love Crystal Renn in these photographs! Although one of these photos is questionable (yeah... the one where shes posing weird... and not the "fashionable weird")

But anyways I finally got a weekend off!! And I'm so excited I've never had a weekend off since I first started my new job! So Friday night when I got off I just ended up renting some movies I never not around to seeing while they were in theatres like Scott Pilgrim vs The World, Get Him To The Greek, Going The Distance, Inception, and Eat Pray Love. Today my friend and I visited the garment district because I'm taking out the time to make an NYE (New Years Eve) outfit!... nothing too extravagant but its my style very simple I'll most likely post pictures on here soon! (Its a sheer black shirt and a bandage skirt!) lol

Also a side note I just love my friends because sometimes I get so caught up in being alone and trying to stay to myself that I forget the feeling of having a great friend and I'm so happy that I do have at least a couple I just feel so grateful for them

The more and less time that I get to myself to relax and do what I love...I really question myself is fashion something I want to do or better yet am I cut out for it? Do I really have the drive like other people have?...am I driven its like my brain is going through a modern day Dr. Jekyll Mr. Hyde story or a devil and an angel sitting on my shoulder sometimes I feel like I want to give up and search for something else I was "destined for"...but deep down I have this gut feeling that I'm made to create...to do something in this world.

Then I have all these people from (some) around the country and the world telling me not to give up and that I'm creative and special and it really warms my heart to hear/see people who hardly even know me have so much faith in me...it really keeps me going and I really appreciate every single one of you! Even through all of my procrastination and everything you still believe in me and I want to thank you again and I'm not giving up

P.S New blog hopefully coming in January 2011!! very very soon! If everything works out as planned it will here! bigger and better things soon to come!
